Excellent cap'tain

this song was inclued in the LP The "Chirping" Crickets

The "Chirping" Crickets is the self-titled debut album from the American rock and roll band The Crickets, led by Buddy Holly. In 2003, the album was ranked number 421 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

The LP was released in the US in 1957, and in the UK in 1958.  I had this LP...

with titles like not fad away, that's be the day.... maybe I'll do the cover of that's be the day ... I really want ...

the combination of uke voice and sax is really very pleasant ... congratulations

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I've always liked this song. It's one of those I'm pleasantly surprised whenever I hear it. And the lovely feel you give it works wonderfully to my ears. I completely enjoyed the playing and your vocal relates that joy that I like in the original. It's like your voice is smiling.
