Very cool indeed, glad I found this one. Very nice arrangement, great playing and lovely smooth vocals. I really liked the key change towards the end (about 2:23), it's subtle but really grabs the attention and adds a nice little twist to the song.

I had the chance to see Leonard Cohen live at the Fourvière theatre in Lyon... He had among others great musicians (and female choristers cf  Johan of Arc,one of LC's favorite songs : )
