Well...

first of all, this one is my tribute to Tommy. I really don't know the reason why, but when I decided to make something in his memory, the first tune that came to my mind was Sampa Pa Ti. Of course not in the original latin mood of the composition, but something more Ireland-related, think about an Irish air, completely acoustic.
For sure I didn't want make anything in his own guitar style, since I wouldn't be able at all, and the result could be rather dull.

So I've set up harp, accordion and acoustic bass with BIAB, and recorded rhythm and melody guitar in one take.

Just before writing these notes, I've remembered that Recycle Fest is actually on, so...incidentally it could be also part of the fest, I think, since the completely different arrangement.

Anyway, this Samba is for you, dear Tommy.

Well recycled song!

This has a bit classical and Spanish vibes to my ear. Superb playing and producing. Great tribute to Tommy, of course!
