I continue my little tribute to Steve Waring

Steve Waring is an American singer-songwriter born in 1943 in Abington, Pennsylvania.
He started with John Wright and Alan Stivell and was one of the pillars of the American Center, Boulevard Raspail, where were held the "hootenanies" organized by Lionel Rocheman attended by other great guitarists including Marcel Dadi, Pierre Bensusan .

In 1975, he recorded a LP "Special Instrumental", (The song of the world, LDX 74564) in which he combines sounds both modern and medieval.

His virtuosity is expressed in very technical pieces (open tuning) but always melodious. The disc is accompanied by all tablatures. It remains a reference for guitarists.

Steve Waring is a friend, very involved in the health sector, particularly with the association Musique et Santé, with whom he works in pediatrics and leads artistic residencies for hospitalized adolescents.
He kindly entrusted me with one of these compositions for the sound illustration of a film about the children victims of serious burns ....

This piece is in open tuning DADFAD

guitar Martin OOO for me and some parts with soundfonts (wisthle, english horn, vibraphone)
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
