For all my fellow songcrafters whom i have met and to those i have still to meet.

It is what it is (drunken headphone mix)

You never would believe it
Although it's written down
Verified collated
A factual account
I thought that I was dreaming
But really was awake
You said it was a fjord
But it looked just like a lake
You never would believe it
But I was there
With you................
I never would have met you
Or you and you and you
To put your names to faces
From virtual to true
To be all in the one place
From far and wide
And if we haven't met yet
We still have time
You never would believe it
But I was there
With you................
I feel as if I know you one and all
I've listened I have played I've sung your songs
And if we where to meet for the first time
It'll be like we have always known
Friends across the water friends around the world
Friends still yet to meet still to come
You never would believe it
But I was there
With you................
I hope one day to meet you all
I hope one day to say hello
I hope one day to sing with you
I hope one day

Cool tune, has some sad overtones, or maybe that's my perception as I'm sitting under a dark grey sky here today.

You make some lush soundscape, Jim, that sounds like a melotron.

Nice words too. I hope to meet at least some of you fine people some day.

by the time I posted last night I was Very drunk and neglected to write up instruments used. I recorded drums to a stereo track on the br800 using DrumJam playing a loop I had created whilst playing an electro bass drum live as it was recorded. I then used ThumbJam to record a mellotron to a stereo track then again using ThumbJam I recorded a melodica to a stereo track on my br800 , before I got drunk I briefly considered what I had could be a stem for a new jemimas kite song, but that was before I broke out the beers.

I like the atmospherics of this song.
It flys around inside your head like a demented bee.
Another great story from another great songcrafter.
I like this fest.
Nice one James.

Dreamy and hypnotic. Love the lush soundscape and the lyric. It's a beautiful tribute to what's already unfolded and what's yet to come.

Great work.
