ive made some good friends.
wrote 100s of songs
bared my heart and told some lies
metaphores
plot device

finding time to remember why
i ramble words that often rhyme

when I'm left on my own
I tend to pick up an ukulele
it just feels right
and the words that I rambled
on my phone last night
seem to now fit right

traveled the world
connecting names to faces
sharing tunes and brews
lyrical lamenting
middle 8ing

I've made some good friends
along the way
