Some pyschedelia for you. It's never too far away from the surface on my stuff  :D

Features Hofner CT Verythin electric, Epiphone Les Paul 56' Gold Top, Fender Precision bass, and vocals, plus Garageband drums and strings, and some random sitar & tabla app.

Everything recorded and mixed on the MBR.

Lyrics:

This silver nutmeg on the tree
is not for thee it's for the kings of spain
the kings of spain

standing mainly on the plain
the rain-brimmed cloud hats of the kings of spain
the kings of spain

matadors in all-night supermarkets
pondering upon mortality
and the kings of spain send out their bold armadas
to capture me
and my nut tree
the kings of spain

watches melting on the rocks
the liquid minutes of the kings of spain
the kings of spain

time is always relative
a distant cousin of the kings of spain
the kings of spain

matadors in all-night supermarkets
pondering upon mortality
and the kings of spain send out their bold armadas
to capture me
and my nut tree
the kings of spain

for the kings of spain, the kings of spain
all the kings of spain, the kings of spain

Awesome song and production Greeny.
Your lyrics are fantastic. I got visions of Salvador Dali dancing in my head was I was listening to this.

It ain't pretty being easy.

Greeny your lyric always blows me away.....so well suited for the psychedelic genre. Good writing and production. I like the middle east mood of the lead guitar as well. Very fine Tim!

Holy Greeny psychedelic Friday!

I loved it - from the subject matter right down to the arrangement of instruments. Has sort of a flamenco / Moroccan vibe, to my ears. And those strings sound almost Mellotronic to me - it's all in how you play it, I suppose - and how they fit with the melody.
