Impulse buy #231

Blooby

I drank too much Glenfiddich this evening and just impulsively bought this pedal. Is it my state, or is thing obnoxious in all the right places?

If my question is dull, I'm equally excited about talking about single-malts.

Glenfiddoch that's  a quality whisky, a fine dram as we would say in Scotland, maybe not too sure about  the air traffic controller but I look forward to hearing it's debut on one of your forth coming compositions.  ::) ;D

Nice pedal!

Glenfiddich is one of my favorites.

I really like the Balvenie Scotches, and I liked the peaty Lagavulin 16yr... But I have to say my favorite is the Glenmorangie Nectar D'Or.

Okay to cover.

that looks like a very interesting pedal. I look forward to hearing it being used.

James lives close to the Auchentoshan distillery and I have had a few bottles of that over the years - very nice, I like the Speysides such as Glenlivet and such - but I have grown to like the Islay's, Lagavulin and Laphroaig being two especially nice ones (Ardbeg still tastes like sheep dip to me).

This October though I have accepted the challenge to survive the whole month without alcoholic support. It's in aid of cancer research charities in the UK - something that is close to my heart. 5 days in and I have saved all the cash I would have spent on booze this month. £1734.83 so far...

Getting back to the Air traffic controller... when's the next plane due?

Well done Flash,
When I first read it I thought the £1734.83 was what you would have spent on booze in 5 days... :D
A great Charity...

Good work. I'm doing the same, but for the sake of my own liver (what's left of it). Mine is a two month alcohol ban though: Oct & Nov.

And then in November I start getting asked if my 'tache is for Movember.

That's the problem with pedals... they're just so alluring / tempting / seductive.

I love the look and sound of that pedal too. The way the runway lights up... holy moley! And that dirty squelch. Pure filth.

Nice acquisition.

Nice pedal,a weird one for the collection that's for sure.
Will look great on the floor at a gig  ;D
As for the whiskey,I gave up booze about 3 year ago ,Doctors orders as I have what they call atrial fibrillattion and things like alcohol and coffee etc can trigger it so I've not even hot the excuse for my buying on line  ;D
Look forward to that track with this.
