Took me right back to my adolescent times... very early '80s, Gary Numan... Human League... Joy Division. Excellent layering of all the synth parts & that descending riff is somehow catchy & spooky at the same time! Nice one, mate.

Curious as to what kind of gear you used on it, if you don't mind sharing? I'm a bit of a nerd when it comes to these kind of details.

All the Synth sounds are stock sounds out of the P6 (PolySynth - http://www.audiothingies.com/ ) - which is a home-brew synth design built by my friend Paul. Its a digital synth in a box - played via a midi keyboard. Added drum loops and some guitar via the Kemper. The chorus uses some guitar with severe Fuzz via another home-brew crazy pedal - the Christine pedal, which gives it a breaking up sound (you can hear it on the fade out at the end :-) http://www.thetonegod.com/tech/christine/christine.html
