My mate's band

[Johnny Robbo]

This is a little number by a pal of mine, Steve Hoggart & his band, The Amazing Space Frogs. It's called "The Parmo Song". For those not acquainted with this delicious Teesside delicacy, the recipe for a parmo (short for parmesan) is as follows:

Flatten a chicken breast, cover in breadcrumbs & deep fry
Ladle on a generous helping of bechamel sauce
Cover in cheese
Bake in oven until cheese melts
Top with Doner kebab meat (optional, but highly recommended)
Serve with chips & garlic mayo

Book yourself a bed in the local cardiac ward
