Damn. :(

We used to watch his variety show on TV regularly when I was a kid, and my parents had a few of his records. Seems you couldn't turn a radio on with hearing one of his songs back in the late 60s / early 70s. He was a majorly talented musician and song interpreter.

RIP, Glen Campbell.

Such a sad loss, and such a great talent.

I grew up listening to the songs he did with Jimmy Webb. they are songs i return to time and time again, songs I will never tire of. Right now I am afraid to listen to them.

One of the legendary  players in 'the bizz'.
As a member of The Wrecking Crew... he was the guy who took Brian Wilson's place on tour, when Brian was no longer able to function in that capacity. And then later, teaming up with Jimmy Webb. All part of the best of our music's history...
Hats off and R.I.P.

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

One of the greats gone. I knew Glen Campbell was a good musician but never realized how good until I saw his television show where they would spotlight him on guitar...a fantastic player and entertainer...RIP

One of those players when you know all the tunes, but don't necessarily know why.
Watched a few video's on youtube, he was an awesome guitarist!
RIP Glenn.
