Throughout 2016 I was having problems with a sudden onset of arthritis in my hands. It kept me from playing guitar the majority of the year. That really stomped on my motivation but I forced myself to stay active in music with songwriting collaborations of vocals only. This is one I did with Joseph Rodriguez. He did all the music and I did the lyric and vocals.

Note: I've got the arthritis under control now and I'm back to playing on a daily basis. More music to come the rest of 2017 on onward.

I too suffer with Arthritis, of a morning I fill a bowl with hot water and squeeze on a sponge under the water I can then move my fingers faster to play the guitar , a horrible and painful thing,

Wonderful collaboration, a first class post. I also suffer with arthritis in my hands which has slowed me down almost to the point of embarrassment, but you have a wonderful voice that carries your material to the point of perfection.
