Calling you (from movie Bagdad Cafe)

A NEW movie song (and what a beautiful movie!) , after midnight cow boy it's now: Bagdad café and an unforgettable song of Jevetta Steele: calling you

At first the challenge was to play the solo of harmonica with my new chromatic harmonica

...ant it was very, very dificile ....first, because the chorus harmonica is in the Db tonality? and we see here limit of a low coast instrument

I enjoied a lot making the assembly(editing) of this song, with :

- Arpeggios quitar (beautiful chord!) with my Martin 000 and Guitar Rig for chorus effect in Reaper

- percussions with soundfont Merlin Grand

- solo of harmonica is played with a chromatic Thoman

- the singing(song) is treated with delay and reverb in Fx on reaper with automation

Well, it is not really a song for my voice and everybody has in memory the great version of Jeff Bucley, ... I would have liked well that it is sung by Hilary ! (Hilary, if you want I can send you the backtrack without my voice

Ahh it's lovely JP. I'm not up to singing at the moment, I'm still quite ill (5 weeks now) and I'm on heavy duty antibiotics (2nd course) which are also making me ill - life's just peachy!

Sounds great as it is - I like that you're fearless.
