Messing around with Garageband on my headphones, trying different synth sounds. Ended up with a backing track of sorts. Bought the Waves GTR 3 software as well - think it was about €60 on a sale offer. It has some good sounds on there. The standard apple guitar presets were kinda getting on my nerves.

Anyway...

I think there is 3 different keyboard parts panned different directions
Bass programmed in Garageband
Drums programmed in Garageband with a kind of electronic kit selected
Fender Mex Strat running through one of the settings in the Waves GTR3 software

Sounds great on the monitors but I am thinking this will really shine with the headphones to catch all the nuances
