"The Soft Weed Factor" - alfstone covers Soft Machine for 1-chord fest

I have to thank all of you who voted for the 1-chord fest, because this way I had the opportunity to cover one of the tunes I loved so much since my teen years!  

It was very difficult to put everything at the right place, but after all I'm glad!

Technical stuff:

first of all NO LOOPS at all, everything was recorded live, from the beginning to the end.  

Drums: BIAB
Bass: Ibanez GSR180 -> Kemper
2 Electric pianos, trumpet & celesta: Godin ACS SA -> Roland GR-55 guitar synth
Guitar: Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster -> Kemper

Recorded on the Tascam DP-24SD

I wasn't familiar with the tune but I really like it. It reminds me slightly of the title track from King Crimson's "Discipline" (which I love!).

You could always upload it to alonetone and then link to that high quality version here. Our jukeboxes now work with alonetone files, so you no longer have to worry about it not being in the jukeboxes.

I know the original (good band) and this is every bit as good. It really is incredible this stems from one chord. Well worth the effort Alfredo. Molto bene!
