You give this a frenetic energy that pushes the lyric along. Almost like you can't contain the energy. And that slower pace of the alternate section gives it a really good dynamic. Yeah, I wasn't as sure of this when I first listened, but the more I listen the more I can feel it as you sing it. Which is exactly what a song should do. Make a connection.

I like the Who's original, I don't love it but I like it. So not really precious about it.

This is great, in fact I prefer this version. You have your great personality in your voice as usual Hook. In fact you have a bit of a Dave Lee Roth quality about your voice. I think you could do a good cover of one of his more quirky songs.
