To get better acquainted with the BR600 settings, I've started to record some of the old songs I know to play. For the first time in about 15 years I've recorded my voice too!
Old JJ Cale tune - Drifters Wife
Guitar: Seagull, piezo pickup plugged in BR's guitar input. A lot of of loop reverb.
Vocal: me, BR's internal mike, loop delay.

Love the guitar! Great played!!!

And what is you excuse for not recording your voice before?!

You are a great singer! Great job!
If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.

Bluesberry

Really nice guitar work.  Sounds like mississippi John Hurt.  That is some fine fingerpicking.  Good vocals, works well with the guitar.

Alternate Tunings: CAUTION: your fingers have to be in different places

Great stuff 8) A great piece of ragtime guitar........

Satchwood

Nice song - great sounding acoustic guitar and I think your voice fits very well with the song!  You can be singing and playing at a festival for sure!

Nice simple recording.
If I was getting over critical, I'd say the vocals need to come up a touch, and sound perhaps too dry compared to the guitar, but hey ... maybe that's just me.

Really good playing too.

SdC

No, it's not you. Besides that, I'm not happy with the playing and singing and with the sounds of both guitar and vocals. That doesn't leave much, does it?
I'm going to do it again for sure.
