Everything you post is excellent & this is no exception. A superb song, with a strong melody, superb chord changes & well crafted lyrics. The production is absolutely spot-on too. Radio ready & totally pro sounding. Bravo, mate!

Hey, guys!

Thanks for all the nice and positive comments! :)

Kenny, I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are asking. I don't know which instruments the other band members use (guitar/bass/...), but the information I can give you is:

- I used Cubase for production and for mixing.
- I mastered the song inside REAPER.
- No external hardware was used for mixing and mastering, but I'm pretty well equipped in terms of 3rd-party plugins for mixing and production.
- My master keyboard is my Yamaha Motif XS7, but all the synth sounds where done with soft synths. I think I used TheGrand 3 and some sounds from the Arturia V-Collection for this song.
- Everybody played their parts at their homes and sent me the unprocessed WAV files.
- The drums were played on an electronic drum kit using Slate Drums (SSD4). Robert sent me the MIDI file, and I handpicked the indiviual kit piece samples, but I can't remember which ones I chose.
- I always start with a basic starter track including a demo bass and demo drums, sometimes also including some MIDI guitar parts for reference. Most of the times the bassists and drummers play something very close to my original MIDI drafts, whereas the guitarists more frequently add their own ideas.

Regards,
  Steffen
