A good old fashioned bit of swampy blues rock. I had the backer done for ages but couldn't find a melody for it, so when in doubt, reach for the old Jim Dunlop glass slide & this is what came out.

I used the tele for all the electric guitar parts & the HB acoustic for erm... the acoustic bits :)

As ever, the no-name ebay bass is holding down the bottom end (one day I'll find out what make of bass it is); drums courtesy of Cakewalk Studio Instruments & the bass & tele were played through the Vox Tonelab.

Thanks for listening, chaps!

HB acoustic guitar puts good vibe to this rocker! Amazing slide guitar playing with perfect tones, I like it a lot!

You've done fine job with the drum arrangement - must say that the kick drum really kicks when listening this via phones!

The outro is icing on the cake! I take my hat off!

See, that's the difference - you guys don't need any fancy equipment to make good music. You just have it in your soul and fingers.

Awesome job!

I am always at awe listening to your skills no matter the style of music you choose to tackle Johnny. The slide sounds so good in style and tone. Love the drums.....fantastic all around!

Thanks chaps :)

Now we're into a new month, I've got another two free LANDR masters so I've given it a wash through their service and I think it's given it a bit more bite...

Brilliant mate,excellent guitar as always.
Well done.

Love the slide John and the arrangement is just great. I must try Landr again, it certainly seems to give the overall sound a little push although I would imagine this would have been equally as good without it.  Willie

Very nice slide playing there, you're intonation is spot on and the tone cuts through very nicely.

I quite like that intro section that keeps popping up, it kinda reminds me of Marvin Gaye's "Ain't That Peculiar", but with a lot more rock swagger.

I particularly like the breakdown just before the end, it feels very natural and sounds live.

Well done.
Warmest regards,

Captain Jimbo
