Great looking drum and control room Rata! They sound great! Real drums are the way to go....they are hard to beat. I'll choose them anytime I can find a real drummer to contribute to my songs. I look forward to more postings from you.

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

Love the set up. Splatter or sponge paint?
I prefer the longer takes vs. Loops as I don't use loops, but it's all a blessing.
Rock on!

Sweet groove my friend. I popped in to check out some old tunes. To my surprise this place is still alive!
I've got a lot of catching up to do. Looking forward to more collabs!

Hey all thanks for the kind comments. FYI... I sent a track to Kari (Redler) and experience some latency issues due to the transfer from MP3 to WAV. If you have a track you want me to add drums to. Please send me a link to the WAV. file and I will sent you a drum track (WAV) with or without (Effects). I kind of like to add my own effects to achieve a desired sound to fit the beat. I also checked out LANDR which Kari turned me on to. It appears to be a helpful service which allows you to master 2 free tracks for free per month. I  will most likely be doing much more recording than this service allows for free, but it is a service which seems to be helpful. If there is a link to a thread for LANDR... Please feel free to post link  on this thread (I couldn't find it)

Hook... you guessed correctly... this is a sponge effect. I wanted to make the walls look like an actual (Cave). Didn't turn out quite like I expected, but it looks really cool. I still have a quite a bit to do with the control booth as it is a very tight area and I need to put up more shelving (Work Space).

Hook as you might see I have a TASCAM DP024... which I believe you turned me onto. I love this thing. It has all the effects one could ever want and it is fairly priced. I picked mine up for less than $500.00 US. It allows up to 8 seperate tracks of recording simultaneously. Although I'm using another mixer for drums at the moment (Yamaha) to free up channels... I will someday use this to record all drum trax. This way I have individual control over each mic (Post recording). You may have noticed there are some lows that are comming through a little distorted (Floor Tom). I barely have the "Master" volume turned up on the yamaha and the gains are barely turned up on the DP 24. I have gain staged the "Yamaha" mixer hoping this solves the problem... Unfortunately it made it worse. Any input you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
