Here is my most recent song. This is only my third song I've made and I've only been doing this for a little over a month. Let me know what you all think! https://soundcloud.com/user-741139012/vigor

Hello and welcome from Florida. If by doing this, you mean making music then your doing well. As far as EDM and techno goes this works well. It's got building energy and cool sounds, what are you using to create and record?
Personally I want it to change chords and rythm somewhere, but it would work at any rave I'm sure.
Rock on!

Because the Hook brings you back
I ain't tellin' you no lie
The hook brings you back
On that you can rely

Quite a good little tune to tell the truth. Yeah like the way it builds up and back down again in places.

Hello Tyler

It's a genre that I've always wanted to master (and have tried and failed many times in the past), you clearly have a flair for it if that's what you're doing after a month!

As the others have said, please tell us more about your equipment / workflow / influences - we love that stuff here.

Looking forward to more...

Hi and welcome aboard. Great sound, I guess you could call it Euro disco pop but whatever you call it I liked
It a lot,     Willie

Thanks for all of the feedback and remarks!

I tried to find a way to reply to specific comments you all made, but I can't seem to find it.. Anyways, I'm using FL Studio 12 for everything. Most of the sounds you hear are from FL Keys (piano) and Serum (Synthesizer). The very small portions with strings, I just found a Youtube video with a link on how to create nice string sounds. The rest is all automation and different effects!

I listen to Flume constantly as well as Martin Garrix and The Chainsmokers. The thing they all have in common that I really like is that they post videos on how they make their unique sounds and give tips for newer producers.
