The guitar looks and sounds fine!

Really good instrumental version! The last chord is icing on the cake!

Very nice playing. I'd like to see your instrument. Lap steels are a guitar I haven't tried yet.

Do you use finger picks or just fingers?

I'm very happy to talk a little about this guitar... that is actually a lap steel guitar ... but more exactly it's a Weissenborn, a strange guitar whose neck is ...hollow

Mine is of the English brand Anderwood

HERE:http://www.anderwoodguitars.com/products_LT_Series_weissenborn.php

and for the very reasonable price it is great

The best known of the officiionado of the weissenborn is undoubtedly BEN HARPER ..

You can see it in this youtube video of a cover of the music of the movie PARIS TEXAS (a music by Ry COODER)

Here the video Paris Texas on you tube

In the song "My heart will go on" (as also in Paris Texas), I play with finguers picks Dunlop

Once again congratulations for your version sung of "My heart will go on" with a beautiful Backtrack made by Trevor and a great voice

My friend I am in awe of your great playing on this song. Wonderful.   Willie

I really enjoyed that rendition!  Slow and articulate, hearing every note - sweet!

I had posted in december 2016 and this is the first song I learned and played with my Weissenborn guitar Anderwood

6 years ...already and I do not regret my choice for this guitar

Just like the titanic, my version on you tube sank after my channel was pirated (pornographic) and therefore closed by authority by Youtube

I recreated a new channel and I was able to repatriate most of my videos...but not this one I realized while making a playlist of the film music I made

So I republished this song a bit minimalist because I couldn't for copyright reasons use the images of the movie titanic even in quotation...it doesn't matter, you all saw the movie :D

I reposted the video in the first post

I didn't hear this before. Just a beautiful rendition, JP. Great sound on that guitar.
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.
