Bro

Not really much into the drums, but the rest is full-on heavy classic judas priest metal! Really tight! Great job!
If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.

You guys are awesome... I really almost didn't even post this as it's so not done yet.

Seems like we do have some Priest fans  ;)

Bad news on this vocalist  >:( I did manage to reach him, but I was mistaken. This was one backer he did not do the vocals on. They were done by some member of this other forum he was part of, and I have no way to get in contact with this other guy. Back to searching for a vocalist  :-\, actually just posted another Myspace add for one.

BossMicroBRew... Say it again brother!! I could NOT believe when Priest came out with Turbo Lover :'(. I think I had just read an article where they said they would never "sell out". That was the same time I turned to Metallica, Anthrax, Mercyful Fate, etc.

Launched... Heya Mark, thanks man. No pedal at all. Everything you have ever heard from me, this included, is my Ibanez (has EMG85 active p/u's), plugged straight into the MBR. No effects, amp or anything else used. Just guitar, cord, and BR. This is pretty much my normal "tone", roughly the same as used in the Chrome songs. That's part of the reason the right guitar sounds a little too "processed" for this old British Metal. In my other JP cover (posting up soon), it's a little different setting... more accurate to Priest. This was done quickly though, and I will be redoing and finishing the song more accurate to the original. Mainly I'm using 2 modified patches in the MBR. I modded them when I first got it, and cannot remember what original BR effect patches they were done from. I know the left is "METAL" and the right is "METAL-D". Left speaker model is MS STK which I really love but with my EMG's it too strong in the 100-300HZ range to double up both guitars with that model, so for this (as in the Chrome songs) I used JC-120 for the right.

jimi... Not big on the drums either, it was clear listening to the backing track they were all out of phase, and that they had been recorded over and over from whatever master they came from. Full-on Priest!!! Love it!

Satch... Thanks man, I'm going to redo the whole song, and my other Priest cover (with solos) will be up soon.

Nigel... Hey thanks for your previous input man, I had meant to get back with you, but things have been a bit crazy. I did take some of your advice, I think you'll like it. Thanks as always my friend.

Osckilo, Jim, Geir, Mike.... Thanks for the encouragement and the "listening to" guys, you all are great!

Keep an eye out for this one redone and finished (hopefully within the week).
