My Americana submission...

All done in Garageband.

3 guitar tracks, all with Garageband settings... one rhythm was Tweed fairly clean... another a little dirtier... and the lead I can't remember but a good bit of Wellie to it. All done on the Mex Strat.

Bass and drums programmed by hand in Garageband... usual method, shifting the wee blocks around for ages.

Again... big up to Lilly my dog... whose daily walks helps the idea/writing process!!

You me had hooked when that slide kicked in. Great rhythm and progression.
Your slide playing sounds nice and controlled. Good song.

Now there's a toe-tapper. Great tone on that slide. The singing is a bit Knopfleresque. I really appreciate the simplicity of both guitar parts and how they work against one another in the verses. Sounds great. There's a lesson in there for me.
