Like your first version but I really like this second take on the song.  Been listening to the pearl Jam version as I'm hoping to have a go myself if I ever get a few spare hours ! The song really lends itself to this arrangement - well played and sung !

I'm surprised at how well the song works in this arrangement. Props to you for hitting it full on. I think your vocal carries this quite well and the keys do sound great.
