These old bones have done me well
Carried me on this long hard road
Hope that they can carry me for a few years more
They have stood the test of time
Tho right now they're feeling sore
Gonna pull on my old boots and walk my bones around some more
And when i am dead and gone
You can give my bones to science
So they can keep on doing good for a few years more
And when i am dead and gone
You can give my brain to science
I'm sure it will look good in a big old doctor's jar
And this old heart has done me well
Still keeps beating every day
So let's all raise a glass to it's good health
And this old brain has done me well
Tho it seems it's slowing down
Or maybe life just gets faster as you get old
And when i am dead and gone
You can give my heart to science
But I'm not ready to give it yet
I'll keep it
For a few years more
