Excellent story telling Farrell, nice harp work and the voice and guitar up to your normal very high standard. Willie

This has a lovely feel Farrell. You sing very well and the whole thing is very cohesive. Lovely gentle guitar picking. Not sure if you will do a studio version but if you do I would keep some of the feel of this live version as it works great as an acoustic. I am liking the absence of drums as well... don't think i can visualise this with drums.

Anyway great performance

Thanks Hook, Alex, Willie and Mike S!

Mike S - If I do more with this song I'll most likely use this original take and just add other voices and instruments to it. I've done that with a couple of other songs. Unlike other demos I've done (with lessons learned) I recorded this one to a click track just in case I wanted to add more. I agree, no drums, but maybe some hand percussion.

Thanks all!

Top class job, Farrell!

Liked the chord progression and the vocal melody is so beautiful!

You play your guitar so well - loved the way you pick it and change to strumming, works nicely!!

The harp is icing on the cake!

Live music at its best!!

There's something to be said for one guitar and one voice (and I harp in this case). I'm sure it'll be great with additions, but it stands extremely well on its own.

Really nice singing on this one.
