Thanks.  Ricardo Patrase was a prominent Formula 1 driver at the time the song was written (I used to be big into F1 as a kid).  If I'd bothered to look up the Cockney rhyming slang for crazy I'd have found it was chicken Jalfreze, which would probably have been more suitable.

Gotta say it doesn't remind me of anyone as I never really listened to punk, I think I was just that bit too old. This however I love. Tremendous energy, great playing and tip top production, who could ask for more.   Willie
