Super nice. Great tone. I find it interesting we both went for those dyads in both solos.

Bravo.

Thanks, orh, for a shot in the arm/kick in the arse.

Nice song and a lovely feel.  And very nice additions, Kenny.

I've heard this song a few times now in various guises and for some reason it always puts me in mind of China Crisis.

Nice to have another view of this great song. The guitar's excellent and - despite the common use of descending dyads - quite different to Blooby's.

On a first listen I'm not sure about the harmonies, but I'll give it another run through.
Dueling BR1600s. Beats banjos.

Wtf is a dyad? In my version I battered the hell out of C major.

"Battering the hell" out of a chord is how all the best songs start.

A dyad or diad is two notes played at the same time. A triad is three. A nonad is an accident waiting to happen (and difficult on most guitars).

I usually use the term "double-stop," but I blanked on it. Chuck Berry made a career out of them...that is when he wasn't showering his loved ones.

I liked Kenny's additions a lot!! I had a quick listen to this yesterday and now it sounds even better!
