One of my all time favorite albums (Abandoned Luncheonette) and out the years I was born to boot. The 1st side of this record is a Master Class in duo/harmony vocals. The song "Had I known You Better Than" is some seriously amazing singing. I realy wanted to be Daryl Hall when I was a kid and I still kinda do. This one though is one of John Oats best songs! This was done in the studio on the DP24. Waist high condenser & beta 58 going through my new TC Helicon VoiceTone T1 pedal.

Crikey, Hook, you've got some range there,  not heard your falsetto before, that I can remember.

Holy tighty-whities! That's some pretty incredible switching between your lower register and those falsetto bits - if I even attempted that, I'd expect some severe croaks or loss of pitch, so well done.

Recording sounds crystal clear. Don't think I know the original, but thoroughly enjoyed your version.
