HELLO everyone.

Here is an experimental type of tune I did.
Again not my normal type of stuff.

This is either a hit or miss here.

JIM.

Hit is a good word.   I first thought the title read harmonica pluze. LOL. Played along in my feeble way and it really didn't sound to bad. But I won't inflict my practicing on you.  Great job.

Satchwood

Really cool instrumental, Jim!  I can picture it working well with a video game...nice work!  Great sound, very clean!  The percussion timing is very impressive too!

Greeny

This is a hit all the way. It's the base of a wonderful song - just add vocals as the final, winning ingredient. Funny... I could hear oldrottenhead singing on this in my head, as it's got a 'Jemima's Kite' feel to it. It might be because it's drawing on the same 80's influences or something, but there was something in there that aligned perfectly with what I like.

I think the lesson is never throw anything away, and never try to second guess how listeners will react to something. I felt the same as you with my 'Velocity' song - I really thought it was a throwaway album track, and almost scrapped it. But it got a good reaction on here, so I guess I wasn't hearing it in the same way. Anyway, I'm rambling now, but this is a FINE piece of work, and deserving of building into a full song  :D

Thanks Greeny!!
Some vocals would be good, I'll work on this piece some more and see
what I come up with.
