Having trouble with Chord pulse-it wont load up for me "showing up as incomplete installation"

Anyway I dug out the old laptop and installed it on that -bit of a pain but.......

Decided to do an instro version of the old chestnut "Blue eyes crying in the rain"
just to try and keep my sanity
Thanks Alex for your help and suggestions on how to sort out Chord pulse on the PC.
