Born On The Bayou (Creedence Clearwater Revival Cover)

The Year You Were Born Fest submission. This could qualify for both Fests but I'll sumbit for this one.

I was so glad I when I looked up the year of this one and found it qualifies for me... 1969!!!

This is my first time ever singing and playing at the same time a whole song the whole way through... I always record guitar first and put vox on after... so after a bit of practise it was a good feeling to get it done start to finish in one take!

Maybe I will do another version with drums and post on here not sure... but i thought it was worth posting this one for the "live" feel.

Excellent live rendition of CCR Mike! The growling guitar and lower octave vocal works great. This song was on many set lists when I gigged. Nice one!
