This is another one of the backers I sent to Kenny & he absolutely aced it. Great lyric & fabulous vocal performances. I then added the slide guitar parts... eventually! It took a lot of experimenting with different approaches to the lead guitar before I finally settled on doing it with a slide.

As ever, Kenny... a pleasure to work with a real pro like you, mate!

I should spend time with the slide but I have a hard time trudging through the "strangling of the cat" part of the learning curve.

Vocals jumped right out as stellar (as is the production , but that seems to be a given with your posts). You always seems to get the balance I hear in my head but fall short. Nice lead and background vocals in this one, Kenny. 3:57 blew my socks off.

Middle eight was really nice. It worked really well in this tune.

Wonderful, gents.

Powerful vocals. Great backing. Love the drums and harmonies. Not sure about the repeating bass figure in the first verse.

This time? Every time.
