I spent 12-16 hours on this one, spread out over 4 days. Recorded and mixed in Sonar Studio3 and mastered and converted to mp3 on the trusty old M-Br.  Guitars, bass, vocals by hooper, John H. on drums

* Guitars: Epiphone Dot --> Roland Cube guitar amp then DI into Sonar (via Tascam 4x4)
* Bass: Squire P-jazz -->  Roland Cube bass amp then DI into Sonar
* Drums: Overheads - MXL 900 stereo condenser, Kick - Cad KBM 412
* Vocals: AT C-87--> Art PAC---> MidiVerb4---> Sonar.  All vocals were double-tracked.

Very well played, sung, mixed, and mastered. As usual, a clear, clean take on the original.  Most of all, I'm jeleous of your ability to sing spot on key. IMO, live drumming make a positive improvement over switch initiated samples.

You've inspired me to complete at least one of the several projects I've started in the past year or two.

Beautifully done, hooper - love  the attention paid to all the little details! Your guitar sounds absolutely vintage-Kinks, great vocal as always, and you just can't beat the sound of real drums. (pun intended )

What is amazing isn't the stunning playing, precise and accurate, the singing, pitch perfect, the drums, which are spot on, no, the thing that is amazing is your ability to produce this in 16 hours. That's what's amazing, that you get this precision, the harmonies, the perfect blend of instrumentation into a little silver box.

I really think it's time for me to give up.
