Instaling Sonar LE

I have got my laptop back like new, The only thing I have had to install everthing again, no problems except for loading Sonar, I put the Serial number in, then the pass cade but it comes up with invalid I have even copied and pasted it but no good, I have entered it as administrator but no good, I go into the Sonar help desk which is useless, Try and email them and it gives you alist of FAQ, Clicked on phone number and get no number for this help.
I just keep going around in circles, the only other thing I can do is wait for the 30 days to expire and see if it will take the code then, unless anyone else has had this problem....

i had the same problem when i bought my br800 second hand. unfortunately you can only install sonar le on one appliance. so it must be seeing your repaired laptop as a new device. i was unable to use sonar but i already had cubase 5 on my pc.
my only suggestion is send them an email to explain your problem and they may give you a new code.

Thanks 64, But I have tried that, I remember when I first got it I had the same problem, eventually they sent me another code and all was fine, but at the moment the problem is contacting them I emailed but no reply, and when I click Phone I get a message saying no help available....

They say "we aim to respond to your enquiry within 24 working hours." Although, since it's the weekend which probably isn't "working hours", I assume you won't get a reply till sometime on Monday.

They might just refer you to Cakewalk anyway since Roland sold all their Cakewalk shares to Gibson. But you never know. They might just be able to give you a new code. It's worth a try. Then you can just wait and see who replies first - Roland or Cakewalk.

What a plonker I am, looking at the code I put in I tried the figure 0 instead of the letter o, in no problem thanks everyone.....
If you still have your code james it might be the same.....
