"Heart's Captor" (band version) w/Lurker

Back in November, John and I posted a few dabblings that were our first written songs together. One was this tune in a stripped down, live in the living room with scotch bottle on hand production (original is here). Keyboardist friend Colin came over one day, and I asked him if we could run through this tune with piano and some organ. John and I then finished it off later. I have lost my objectivity with the mix, so I'm posting where I am.

First vocal since John's punctured lung/seven broken ribs. It would appear he can still sing.

This is a real good song Blooby and Lurker! I think the mix sounds pretty good as is but if I were to make a tweak it would be on the bass level or tone to make it just a little more prominent in the mix. Not much because it sounds good as is. Excellent vocal and the guitar/s (Tele?) sound great. That cool chorus is begging for some backing vox but that's just me. I like this song a lot!
