Not the exact guitar, but it might as well be as it looks just like it. P-90's and a Bigsby? Its siren song dashed me on the rocks...

Wooo! Where are you getting one of those?!?!?! Looks like a 60s Tribute model but with added Bigsby?? I'm guessing a previous owner installed it? When I did a search, looks like quite a few 60s Tribute owners have done the same thing with the aid of a Vibramate ("Ooo-er missus" etc ;D)

I'm wanting P90s, but I much prefer the 50s neck... Alas the 50s Tributes have humbuckers... *sigh*

So I'm looking at a little Yamaha, but they're out of stock everywhere at the moment (too popular apparently).

I find your comment about the neck interesting because I just love it...not too thin, not too thick, not too flat (which drives me nuts), frets aren't crazy high nor too low... I'm interested.

Boy, I haven't been this giddy about a guitar in a while. A friend of mine just got a Victory Sheriff 22 amp on my recommendation, and we are apparently goading each other to new and ridiculous levels of G.A.S. (certainly not to diminish or sully Hook's very special form of "G.A.S. Dementia," mind you).

By the way, this would be that buddy and his Paul Reed Smith through my new Fender Deluxe Reverb and a series of freshly-acquired pedals. I was the one twisting knobs and adding some bits afterwards. I know it's a more than a tad Wish You Were Here (not to mention its over-the-top pretense), but there you have it. Didn't know if it deserved its own thread, but definitely G.A.S.-related...

To keep the spirit of this thread going, over the last 28 hours or so, I have opened shipping boxes for a Paul Cochrane Timmy overdrive, the MXR '78 Badass Distortion, an Electro-Harmonix Memory Boy, the Digitech Synth Wah, and the MXR Super Badass Distortion. I feel compelled to mention that I ordered these before the very recent guitar  and amp purchases. I'm going to attempt to cut myself off for the time being as I have just doubled my credit card debt over the last 30 days or so. Sick, I tell you... Sick...

Peace.

That's a lovely sounding pedal Bruce.

NB Ashley is setting up a band, and they are having a rehersal on Sunday - the guitarist sound wasn't heavy enough, so Ash asked "if I had a pedal that could make it sound heavier that they could use for the reharsal" - Yip, probably!! I think I've gone one (or 15 or so)  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Only minor GAS for me .. a ribbon mike on the way, and got my eBow yesterday. The eBow is cool as anything. I don't feel at all ill, infact I feel quite happy and content!  Infact, I love gear. embrase your inner GAS - go with the flow :-) You could be obsessed by cars (super expensive), or golf (expensive),  - or guitars which is quite cheap, relatvely speaking .....

Did I say that pedal is cool as f&&k ....
