The plan is to listen and comment on a few songs here tomorrow, as it's been a while.
Until then... a quick demo from the BR.
Edit - replaced mono with stereo version.

Great take on this classic, Kenneth - I dig the shimmery guitars, vocals and harmonies.

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

This came out great. The dry lead vocal treatment reminded me of Lou. Stellar background singing to boot.

A quick demo? In my ears this sounds to a well recorded and mastered song! The acoustic guitar has a warm and mellow sound. Did you record this on board mics of BR-80? If so, which preset did you use?

Amazing vocals, too! Your voice is very gentle! Fine job with the harmonies as well!

Fine piece of music, Ken!

Super stuff Kenneth...

You did this with loads of feeling... it sounds great, the mix is lovely and warm and that guitar sounds fab. I don't know an awful lot about Lou Reed but you put me in mind of checking him out.

Can't say I'm familiar with the original, but I really like this. As has already been said: a really warm sound & excellent performances all round. Great work, mate!
