not sure if i got a wall of sound or the sound of mud as i disappeared up my arse.

inspired by both the presidential nominations and brexit shit,

however  be assured i am on the side of the right.
...........the left the left.

shit! i think i'm having an existential breakdown.

i can't believe in
what you believe in
someone's deceiving
are you receiving
do they believe in
what they are preaching
someone's deceiving
what you're receiving
are you receiving a dream of freedom
do you believe in a fantasy
are you gonna fall for the lie
or are you gonna fall because you just don't care
it's all about you
i can't believe in
what you believe in
you are deceiving
yourself
well i believe in
what i believe in
i know i'm right
cos i'm right
i believe in a dream of freedom
or do i believe in a fantasy
am i gonna fall for the lie
well if i fall it's because i care
i care about you
i can't believe in
what you believe in
i can't believe in
what you're receiving

It sounds like you're as sick as I am with the relentless bombardment of referendum stuff. And I wonder if the USA news is as full of our elections as our news seems to be obsessed with theirs. I'm normally a bit of a news & current affairs junkie, but the coverage of these two things is driving me mad!

Anyway... the song: up to your usual standards... you do that dreamy, ambient thing so well. And the lyrics are superbly observed. I like the way that you transcend the current news coverage - this song will be as relevant in 10 years time as it is now. Brilliant!

I am brother, loud and clear.
We have out own circus featuring 2 mega-rich, lying sacks of s&#! Dominating the news here in the states. I've heard a bit hear and there but it's all Trump/Clinton here.
I dig your tune ORH, you do dreamy dreamily.
Rock on!

Beautiful, full-sounding production, and some mighty fine shoe-gaze vibe is present. This carries a great message with lots of love in it. I will try to learn from you, as a few of my loved ones are currently inclined toward the Orange One.

I watched Andrew neil's weekly politics last night. After recording the song. And Michael Moore was on and he sort of summed up what I was trying to get across in one sentence. He said something like " it's a battle between those that are in it for me and those for the we.

Hypnotic and dreamy. You know how to knock up a lovely ambient stew. And I like it when you get political.

Excellent work.
