Hi,

I heard the Steve Young version of this on the radio a few weeks ago and fell in love with it all over again (no pun intended).

Of course, we probably all know the Otis Redding version and I thought Otis had written it. However, the internet says it was written by Roosevelt Jamison.

I hope you enjoy my version. It was fun to record.

What a great tune. I am a huge Otis Redding fan ("These Arms of Mine" is one of my all-time favorite tunes), and you do such a great version here. I would never have thought to cover this, but after hearing your version, I'm gong to broach the subject with John/Lurker.

Really enjoyed the singing here, and you chose a great tempo. Could be my speakers, but I'm not getting much low end, but I am hearing a bass (or is that second guitar doing faux bass?). This was a great morning song to start my day.

Will be back for more.

I'm not familiar with the original (fine song indeed), but you perform this very well! Your voice sounds good with acoustic guitar and keys. Enjoyable listening!

I don't know this song, but based on this version it sounds bloody great. Even with limited layers, the mix sounds really full. And that's a really confident and masterful delivery.

Great stuff.

Hook

Well done brother. Very nice performance captured well. I really enjoyed listening. Rock on!

Not a song I'm familiar with either, but it's got that Sixties soul sound infused in your vocal delivery. Fine use of acoustic guitar and organ, too.

Nice job, Ian!
