A bit of fun with the political season. Have been really short on time for the last few weeks, so this one was a quickie.

Kick ass groove you've got going on, love to hear you sing  , blazing solo,  slick slide,  and what tones you have there my brother...ohhh the tones!

Because the Hook brings you back
I ain't tellin' you no lie
The hook brings you back
On that you can rely

That friggin' Kemper slays me along with your playing. I noticed in another thread that then Kemper has kept you from buying other things. I cannot say the same.

Rather than ZZ Top, the first thing I thought of was Black Oak Arkansas. All we're missing is the sweaty bar.

Nice.

Definitely got that "southern-fried-boogie" feel on this one. Do I hear shades of Molly Hatchet in there? Superb guitar tones, mate. Is that the Lemon Drop you're playing, by they way?

This is great. Really fat, sweaty and greasy guitar tones. And that solo is a real beauty.

What a storming, swampy boogie. Excellent!

Redler

Kick ass groove as mentioned! Brilliant lead guitar and top class vox! Stunning rock song indeed!

All, thanks for the kind listens and comments. Appreciated.

Blooby - Black Oak Arkansas is not a band I've ever come across, so had a listen, and liked them lots :-)

Hook - almost sent this one to you, but couldn't think of a name and then couldn't resist having a go myself :-) Next one!

Johnny - 3 guitars on this. Rhythm is the MusicMan Luke, slide is my Squire Tele, and the main lead in the middle is indeed the lemon drop - all recorded DI's with the Kemper. Bass was via the Kemper as well.

Bruno, this song kicks me right in my Southern Fried Boogie A$$...well done! Your vocal tone and phrasing reminds me of Commander Cody (Think Hot Rod Lincloln). Fantastic guitar(s) work and tones....FANTASTIC!
