AFTER MIDNIGHT (now with added Harmonica!!!)

I thought that I should add this tune as a new post as it now has a bit more colour and sounds like a totally different song.

So, we are trying to get a couple of demo tracks together to try and hustle a few gigs for our little acoustic blues duo which we have now called Blueshound.

I've blended in a little telecaster polish using the chicago blues patch on the front pick up with the tone and volume knobs rolled back a little.

I really like this tune now.

I hope you guys dig it too.

So I tried recording some harp over this tune and the experience was very cool. I picked up my mate Joe from work, we got a bunch of beers and and drove to a nice park over looking the harbour and set up to record in the car.

The car does indeed make a perfect sound booth as I think many of you will attest to.
I'm sure that the scenery certainly helped the vibe.



I had to add this video Joe took on his phone because I thought it was pretty hilarious watching myself conduct him.

It wouldn't let me play the video of you two in the car as I've got the restricted mode enabled (damn kids) which I thought was funny!
