You Don't Know Me

First recorded and released in the mid-fifties (by Eddy Arnold, I think).
I have always enjoyed the songs many incarnations - including versions from Ray Charles and even Michael Buble - one can't go wrong with a good song.. ;D

2 acoustic guitar tracks (Yamaha FGX730)
"Live Classical piano" - Garageband
"Tremelo Whirly" - Garageband
"Upright Ballad Bass" - Garageband
Vocal - sE2000

There is a beautiful symphony playing within us all..

Superb... love the way the band comes in on the 2nd verse. This whole performance conjures up images of a matinee idol in a tuxedo singing into one of those big vintage microphones in a night club. Your voice is just sublime here & I adore the arrangement - especially the piano break at the end. Gorgeous... just gorgeous!

Nothing wrong with this, I mean nothing. What an amazing recording from the backing track so chill and marvelously understated, to the guitar solo and that incredibly tasteful and brilliantly reverberating piano at the end. And what do I even say about that vocal you sing this like you wrote it and you've sung it forever. Rock on!

That's how it's done.  That's so professionally done, heg.  Outstanding vocal and beautifully recorded.  Everything is just so.

I'm curious to know if you would have made this gem if it wasn't for this fest?
