This could certainly fit within your 50's Rock Fest you've got going on, but I lack the technical prowess to throw it in with that lot.
More of the same sort of acoustic stuff from me these days.

Again there's heaps of guitar solos, I just can't help myself.

Brilliant!!! Sounds a bit like Captain Beefheart or Tom Waits. Thouroughly enjoyed this! Bravo, mate!

I hear no lack of "technical prowess".
Sounds like a big old shunting freight train running on hot molasses and smelling like magnolia..
There is a beautiful symphony playing within us all..

I would add Dr. John to Johnny's Captain Beefheart and Tom Waits mention. This song just oozes rhythm. I love the clean recording you've captured! You definitely own this version of The Rocking Pneumonia and The Boogie Woogie Flu!

This says it all.  I thought of the same two chaps. Loving that playing here.

So much good stuff going on here!  Fantastic performance and not lacking in prowess at all.

There's a lot of us here who like this kind of thing. It's raw but classy. You can't beat that loose, driving acoustic tone. The vocal is so good, but that lead playing... wowsers!

Bloody brilliant. More please!

CaptainJimbo

I gotta ask chaps, which version do you prefer?
The guitar or the harmonica version?
Warmest regards,

Captain Jimbo
