40 Miles Of Bad Road (Johnny Robbo & Fenderbender cover Duane Eddy)

I'm loving this 50s rock n roll fest, as it's all the music I grew up hearing via my parents record collection. This is me & Tommy covering one of the rock n roll guitar greats, Duane Eddy. I played my parts on my tele with a slide to contrast with Tommy's excellent, authentic "twang". It sounds like Tommy was using his strat for this one.

I double tracked the rhythm guitar & panned it hard left & right to give some stereo breadth & added the usual Tiled Room Reverb to all my parts, with a bit of slapback delay to my lead guitar, also.

Thanks to Tommy for a really great performance on this one - no-one does that twangy sound like him
