I agree! This sounds like an archival recording – the kind of track that would be on a completist boxed set with 45 CDs. It's wonderful.

I'm going through the Old School Studio Fest jukebox, and so far nobody has actually used a multi-track porta-studio. One more to go. Here I come, Bruno.

great! the rhythm at the Uke is really well done
Peggy Sue was the first song played by my band in 66 after we had moved from instrumental "rock" Shadows, Venture, Spotnick ...to sung rock :)
...and our drummer liked to do that characteristic roll on the tom bass.
