Another Jazz Fest entry. Amazing the way there are so many entries for the Jazz Fest. At the beginning for whatever reason i had a feeling there wouldn't be that many takers but seems that a lot of folk are giving it a go!

Recording Details:

Recorded in GarageBand
Two Guitar tracks using my Mex Strat with a cleanish tone. One rhythm and one lead.
A bass track using the piano roll and choosing the Upright Bass (Double Bass) sound
And a drum track also done in the piano roll, shoving the wee bars around till it sounds about right.

If I remember right the Country Fest was the same, I did'nt think it would be popular but it was...

Widely panned guitars gives cool feel to this. Well played and the tones are perfect! I like this kind of jazz!

Cool tune Mike. Some fine bluesy riffage to accompany that neat sparse drum track.

The GB bass is ace. Good choice for guitar tone as well.

Apologies if i broke any rules there... I meant to tag it on to the last version of this song, but it seems to have made a whole new entry of it (ie... it has come up as another new song on my jukebox).

Father and son on song with this piece Mike.  What a resource to be able to draw on, your dad has a lot of talent.  Great stuff.

Have a look at the double bass though, sounds a semitone flat to my ears in places.
