a greatly underrated songwriter.

i met Edwyn a few times back in the day, first time was at josef k's final gig at maestro's in Glasgow.

 i tripped over billy sloan's stookie and spilled my beer on Edwyn's brothel creepers, he was cool about it lol.


he is a really nice guy.

anyway i digress, brilliant Chunk you are one talented individual yersel. lang may yer lum reek.

Not a song I'm familiar with, but then again, the only Edwyn Collins song I know is "A Girl Like You". This is a really lovely song & you play & sing it beautifully well. Can't say I noticed the mistake either. Beautiful stuff!!

Me too, although he was a big part of Orange Juice, I believe.  He was the support act when I saw Pulp back when A Girl Like You was big back in the nineties.

I had to double check actually, I though someone had slipped a Simon & Garfunkel song in.  Great performance, great singing.
