yes! Very exiting tone. Somehow primitive. Nice tune also. I would like to hear some more. :) Like Groundy sed  more-more-more.

Cuthbert...cool that you have  a Merlin as well! I'd love to hear yours with the spruce top...and I'm especially looking forward to hear what your "Idea" will lead to. A Mtn. dulcimer/ Merlin duet??? Have at it!

Hook, I'm surprised you have room in your house for so many instruments! Have you ever posted a solo with your MD? Like to hear it if you have.

The instrument is new to me and not because I'm unfamiliar with other Appalachian instruments and sounds (here in North Carolina).

Really lovely demo you've created.  Love the tone of this instrument and I always like a drone.
